2019年出版(中国传世名家名作个人邮册》由北京邮票厂印制全国发行。2008年应邀参加“中国(寿光)书画艺术品博览会”。本人创作的格言入编《当代名人名言摘编并获金奖。曾经为“武丰村”、“精伦电子”等单位题字。中国著名书法大师欧阳中石老师点评:“赵洪的书法如为其人、格调清新高雅，沉着端庄，俊朗而又飘逸，古朴而又华美，观你的作品、而欣赏高山流水，又如见万马奔腾、足见无日不临池的深厚功力和勇于创新的精神"。中国著名的书画大师范曾老师对赵洪同志书法作品点评“轻如蝉翼，重如崩云，导之则泉注，顿之则山安”。
